Modern Apartment Design With African Decor Style

The Interior Design of this large apartment features the mix of modern and ethnic African styles.It has an open plan with a lot of exotic decor elements. Only the private part of the apartment, which includes a bedroom, nursery and bathroom, was isolated. The main structural element of the open area is a load-bearing column covered with painted pattern that reminds the skin of predatory animal. The bar counter reflects the geometry of the ceilings and separates the living room from the kitchen.

This inspiring green and natural eco-friendly penthouse loft is the Matthew Blesso loft, a beautiful penthouse designed by Joel Sanders architects for real estate developer Matthew Blesso. Its a 3200 sq ft loft that was designed in associate architect Andrea Steele and landscape designer, Balmori Associates. The main concept of this modern natural penthouse loft is by merging two architectural components between building and landscape by bringing nature in and pushing living space to the outdoors.

The loft’s interior is awash in lush vegetation, sustainable woods and natural fibers. Exterior wood decking and plants flow into the heart of the penthouse forming a “planted core” that separates the private and public realms. A glass wall separates the bathroom from the planted zone, allowing the owner to bathe surrounded by vegetation.

Located in Graz, Austria, The Rose am Lend is an architectural apartments building project which is consists of 11 apartments that offer urban living spaces in a high-class and the business premises on the ground floor follow the distinctive tradition of commerce and trade, as well as the tradition of the Lendplatz as a market place.

The design of this architecture apartments building borrows from the existing building and includes a rose motif which is a reference to the time when the building was constructed during the baroque period in the 18th century. The building is part of the development and transformation of one of the most complex areas of the city of graz.
